Had a sketchy experience with this dealership. They lied about changing the tail lights when I tried to cancel my purchase so they didn’t have to give my deposit back. Didn’t change front brakes as requested as the rotors had lines on them. To top it off, couple hours after picking up the vehicle I noticed the windshield was cracked, they refused to fix it. Even after I said I will pay half. Very sneaky and they don’t answer the phone properly. Delivered with quarter tank of gas. Would not recommend.
Horrible experience. bought a 2009 lexus Is250 from here and it’s been nothing but problems. haven’t had the car a year and it’s been in the shop more then it’s been driven. They lied and said they would replace the brakes before picking up the car as the brakes were gone and they did not. Stay far away from this shady dealership.
Car Connection Toronto provided a Safety Standards Certificate for a vehicle with a leaking differential and structural rust. These are not minor oversights; they are critical safety failures that invalidate the inspection. The vehicle was unsafe at the time of sale. A government investigation (DriveON) is now underway regarding their inspection practices. I post this review so future customers can make an informed decision, which I could not.
I came in today on 08/23/25, I came to check out a 2014 bmw 535i. As soon as I arrive I see the car and am okay with it. I am willing to proceed to the next step however my one request is to test drive the car. Apparently this dealer operates in the sense of price and payment prior to the consumer being able to test drive a car they are willing and capable of buying. My “sales rep” was Moe, and the manager confirmed all such statements above. Would not visit this dealer if your hoping to test a car new or old on their lot prior to payment.
Bought a suburban from them and picked up Monday evening this week and next morning it’s giving engine light. I have called them multiple times and they are not answering any phone calls. Horrible customer service and after having an extremely rough experience on pick up day, I had still not cared. But now that they are not answering phone calls either makes me realize I got scammed and they do not stand behind their product whatsoever.
Just got a beautiful 2019 Ford F-150 from this dealership. They noticed the brakes weren’t in perfect condition at first then promptly got all new brakes, routers and pads(free of charge)along with a detailing. All the staff were kind, welcoming and extremely helpful, especially Hazem who helped us finalized the purchase and congratulated us. Had a great experience here.
Extremely rude and disrespectful. Poor customer service. Did not deliver what they promised. Will not be coming back to purchase any more vehicles from them! Also now reading their responses on other reviews makes sense because they are so so rude and responses to questions/concerns are unprofessional and arrogant.
