For context, I have bought and traded at least 200 cars, trucks and motorcycles. I completed THREE transactions with ZAK and his family in September alone! They are fair and reasonable. Extremely professional, polite and most importantly reliable. They sell USED vehicles, they have excellent prices and get your purchase CERTIFIED and ROADWORTHY rapidly. They are energetic and committed. Easily one of the BEST retailers of USED vehicles in the GTA, and I have tried them all. The TRUCKS he found for us, were EPIC!!! I had a few minor adjustments and he addressed them without stories or excuses. They make transportation dreams come true. The family is there most days and offer great comfort to consumers. I had so much FUN, I am going back for a 4th deal later this month. Thank you Zak, Family and Team for delivering on your promises. Amazing experiences always.
Worst car buying experience EVER. Manager is NOT accommodating. I would NEVER buy a car here again. The vehicle I bought should never have been certified to be on the road (I actually had it assessed by the MTO after purchasing it from this dealer as I felt something was not right and they took it off the road as it was NOT in fact safe to be on the road) Leaving me and my toddler with no vehicle to get to and from. The same day I drove this car off the lot I called soon as I pulled into my driveway I wanted to return it as I had a bad feeling about this car and he would not take it back. The AC didn't work (which I swear it did when i test drove it a few days prior to picking it up) I got OMVIC involved to help me negotiate a plan to get it fixed. The manager offered and gave me $100 to fix it.... Thanks... The bill would have been over $1k. I bought this car ('08 Nissan Rogue in August 2016, I traded it in at Hyundai Just a couple wks ago and bought a used 2014 SUV) I didn't even drive the Rogue for a year. I hated it. It was problematic, power train had issues coming up. The car had accidents on it which were not in the car facts but when I took the car to my mechanic (after buying it) he showed me evidence the car had been in at least a couple accidents with paint being sprayed everywhere. The doors being different colour silvers, original Nissan stickers missing from each fendor under the hood, and the front end on the frame. The car was the worst vehicle U have owned. I bought it by myself at a used car dealer thinking it would be safe. WORST DECISION EVER!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERR!!!!
