Bought my GMC Sierra from Sam and I am very impressed with how smooth the transaction was despite a small miscommunication in the pickup time. My down payment wasn't taken off the principle, but rather increased the total price of the vehicle. Very shady. Within the first 3 months, I had parts stop working. Overall, not pleased with the customer service.
