Very disappointing experience with Autocity. There was absolutely no transparency in the deal, and things did not go the way they were explained to me at the time of sale. I sold my car to them, and it took over 1.5 months just to clear my loan, which caused unnecessary stress. Communication was extremely poor—my messages were ignored repeatedly, and I still haven’t received a payment they owe me. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
I got a great deal on my trade-in as well as on the car I purchased from Autocity. Zayn helped me throughout the entire process and got me pre-approved for a Scat Pack Charger, which I had been looking for over a year. I highly recommend Autocity—anyone looking to trade in a vehicle or buy a new car should definitely visit them.
Bought a car 6 months ago, ran fine, everything safetied and was promised nothing was wrong. Tried to get the lug nuts off to swap to winter tires, found that half the nuts were hand tightened and the other half was tightened so tightly the guys doing the tire swap refused to go hard on the bolts as they feared they break the stems the wheels sit on and suggested I go back to auto city to have them do it since they screwed it so tight. So I went back and a free of charge appointment was made for their mechanic to do it for me, a week goes by and as im half way there to the appointment, an employee calls me to say their mechanic was far to busy to follow through with the appointment even though it was scheduled a week ago and there was "no point waiting around" and I should go to the auto shop across the street as they are friends across the street. I said screw that and went somewhere I actually trusted, turns out the way too tightened bolts are all rusted and rotted to hell and had to be broken off. Costing me $200 So I guess thats auto city's racket to pocket some extra cash for themselves and their friend across the street. (It has been over a week since Auto City left that reply on my review saying someone will be in touch, just want to say, no one has been in touch and the reply was just to save face for anyone reading this. Save your time and money, dont go here)
