I had a very disappointing experience with Tire Doctorz. When I contacted them, they asked me to come at 7:00 AM, even though their Google listed hours start at 10:00 AM. They confirmed they would be there at 7:00, but when I arrived, no one was there and no one answered the phone. By 8:30 AM I went for a coffee, and when I came back there were already two more cars waiting. They do not have any booking system, so there was no way to confirm that I arrived first. When someone finally picked up the phone around 8:45 AM, he said there was no way to track who came first and I would have to wait my turn. He also mentioned they actually open at 9:30 AM. This was extremely misleading communication, a complete waste of time, and very unprofessional. I won’t be going back.

I spent the entire weekend calling tire shops in search of very specific measurements for my Tesla Model S. I became defeated seeing as nobody seemed to have what I needed. I found Tire Doctorz online & figured I’d give them a call & see… I was immediately met with a very pleasant gentleman in Baban, who had great client services while speaking with me over the phone. It is important to add that I also operate my own business, & I hold a strong appreciation for people that value their clients. After speaking with Baban on Sunday evening, he assured me that he would have the specific tires I needed available for the very next morning. I went the very next morning & spent no more than 1 hour waiting while the team took my rims off of my old tires, swapping them to my brand new tires, the team then proceeded to take off my winter tires & install my new set of tires. They even cleaned my old tires & put them in tire bags to assure my interior wouldn’t become damaged or dirty. A big thank you to Baban & the team over @ Tire Doctorz, you guys were amazing from start to finish. I wish you continued success I highly recommend & encourage anybody in search of tires to give these gentleman a call. You won’t be disappointed!
