go to the heartland location, this location has the worst customer service I’ve ever come across, they don’t even pick up phones at this location, don’t waste your time!
One of the best place I ever been for my car repair. The team is very helpful and friendly. Always accomodate you if you are facing urgent situation very honest and fair in terms of their service charges and advices. I will highly recommend this location.
I had an annoying slow leak for my rear passenger tire that I had to top up with air at home every few days. Just yesterday I got the same issue with the passenger front. I called and booked an appointment for a repair. Nav was ready for me upon arrival and listened to my experience. After inspection he advised the leaks were found and the rims needed to be cleaned and resealed. Super fast service and great price. We discussed my need for new summer tires on my other vehicle and he was helpful. I’ll most likely go forward with ordering the new tires here. Good experience here. Thank you Nav!!
Worst experience that could be made. Many people told me to not go to this location as they are not able to do alignment properly. After 2 times alignment the car was still out of alignment. I gave up and went to Terminal 1 Dixie and Britannia. Amazing place with proper Customer Service and the same car that they couldn't do an alignment Terminal 1 did it without issues.
Went there for the brake check and some battery issues, the manager Emercio was able to address the issues with clear suggestions and the works were done perfectly within the same day, kudos to Emercio and the Mechanic guy! (sorry did not get the name)
Emercio is very helpful and professional. Faced a tire emergency on the highway on 401 with a crying baby in the back. Showed up right before closing without an appointment. They had appointments and no available slots but he fit us in and took care of it as soon as he could. Quick, courteous and professional service. Will strongly recommend.
I had scheduled a tire change but when I came in they didn't have my appointment in their system. While this was not ideal Emerico worked with me and found time that worked for me later in the week even though they were fully booked. I brought my car in and TJ handled the tire swap himself. Great customer service and a knowledgeable staff
