Hi- The in-store experience is very good. However attempting to interact with the 1010 team for questions by phone needs work! Having to wait 40mins plus to take my call or waiting then being dropped in to a message queue, is not a good experience, given the money I'm spending.
2010 Tires in Mississauga are the best. On appointment, in and out, great staff and very professional and enjoy a coffee while you wait. Highly recommended this establishment to everyone. I most certainly will be back
best place to get your tires and wheels my whole thing was so easy also they gave best advice if your new or confused what to get and what is best suited for your vehicle
Just got my new winter wheels and tires from 1010tires. After the 1st snowfall, all shops I tried to contact were busy and didn't return my call. I managed to get a hold of Steve (?) who confirmed what I was looking for fit my car. He had to follow up on TPMS compatibility but called me back on literally the same day. I was able to place the order on Nov 10 and booked the install for the 22nd. Not bad considering the rush. Also lucky they had my choice of rim (pretty much looked like the larger stock rim) and tire in stock. Day of install was just as good an experience. They took the car in at the scheduled time and it was done faster that I expected. Even though it was a drive to get here, the customer support and competitive prices were definitely worth the trek.
Placed my order online and after 10 days no update! Tried calling the location several times but never got hold of anybody, after waisting hours on hold selected the call back option each time and never received any call. Worst experience!! Cancelling the order!!
been going to 1010 tires past 10 years and here are my 10 reasons why this place is great: 1) staff knowledge about tires is expert level and their recos are on-point 2) they store your tire for you till your next swap 3) their pricing is competitive, I bought all my winter and summer tires throughout the last 10 years from them for 1 reason = cheapest price 4) their coffee is not bad 5) their rims collection is 10/10 6) they are quick, communication and serivce! 7) customer service is 5 star 8) location is super accessible from across GTA 9) most of my friends go here now, yours can too! 10) the staff call you by your name, not sir ❤️ say no more
