Visited MTM tires and rims last week to install winter tires. Had talked with Naresh earlier the and booked an appointment for 2pm. By 2:30 pm, I was good to go. Naresh kept his words and did my tires real quick, been a week now and haven’t got any issue with alignment or installation.
Rude customer service, Adding more to that, your so called professional and casual reply proves my point. Instead of taking accountability on something I tried to convey that is potentially ruining your business; you are using such informal phrases which are not even making any sense. How could you charge two different prices for the same service based on the day of week.

I went to this shop last year for winter tire change and had a great experience with the manager. He was polite, professional, and fair with pricing. That’s why I decided to return this year for winter tires for my other car, even driving a long distance without confirming the price, trusting my previous visit. This time, the manager wasn’t there at first and a worker told me they didn’t have my tire size. When the manager later arrived, he confirmed that they actually did have it, showing poor communication among the staff. After replacing the tires, another worker demanded an unreasonably high price. I repeatedly asked him to let me speak with the manager, but he kept refusing and making excuses. They clearly took advantage of the fact that I had come from far away and wouldn’t leave without getting the tires done. He also refused to accept cash and forced me to pay by card, even though another worker was taking cash from two other customers right in front of me. I wasn’t even provided with an invoice. Very unprofessional, terrible service and unfair pricing. AVOID GOING HERE. NEVER AGAIN.
Man just hung up on me… Response to owner: Your job is to address customers' needs, whatever the request may be. If you're having a rough day, stay home and play with your tires. Keep your emotions to yourself. Also, I'm glad you're doing so well that one-star reviews don't bother you. Good luck with your venture.
