Had a rattle on a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium and the source of the problem was quickly identified by the mechanic Aggie and was repaired with new parts in less that 2 hours. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !
Absolutely Disappointed - Zero Stars if I Could! I recently had a terrible experience at Premium Tire Center. I went in with a flat tire, urgently needing assistance as my tire was losing air rapidly. I explained my situation to the reception and was told they were short on staff and couldn't fit me in right away. Understandable, but I was hoping they could at least put some air in my tire to get me to the next available shop. To my shock and disbelief, another gentleman at the front desk (not the one assisting me) rudely stated it would take two hours just to add air. I was stunned by the lack of empathy and basic customer service. I wasn't asking for an immediate fix, just a little help to get to next shop safely. I ended up leaving, shaking my head in frustration. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I would give zero stars if possible. Their unwillingness to provide a simple, quick solution in a time of need speaks volumes about their customer service. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable tire shop that actually cares about its customers.
These guys are the best. My low pressure light went on so I brought my car in for a patch. The guys tested all the tires and added air to all of them. William confirmed that there was no actual leak and a patch wasn’t necessary. So they didn’t charge me anything! Best guys. Efficient, professional and friendly.
Best tire and auto repair shop I've been to. Despite moving out of town, we still make it to Mississauga to get our tires and cars serviced here. Honest mechanics work here and we're grateful for their service.
Just like all the other negative reviews the guy at the front desk has no customer service and hates his job. I have been there few times and have always witnessed it. PLEASE RETIRE
I’ve been to Premium a few times and today’s experience was excellent as anticipated. I got a nail in my real snow tire and the guys fixed the hole, remounted the tire and put the spare back under the car for less then$40!! Awesome
Great service! Dealt with this company for quite some time now... they are organized, polite and are at an affordable price. Bill keep up the great work. You guys work hard.
