I ordered a set of R224 rims and Michelin X-Ice tires recently. Mounted and balanced rims were ready for pickup in 2-3 days. Quick, professional, and fairly responsive. Would come again. Tip: Pick up is at the back loading docks.
Purchased tires from J W Williams and free rotation and balance every 5,000 miles. Today Green Leaf wanted to charge me $80. No way JW Williams was free every 5,000 miles. What goes on here
Edit* GreenLeaf customer service contacted me to make things right after my initial review. My first experience with GreenLeaf years ago was positive, this time around not so much. Placed my order online with the price that was listed online and was contacted days later about a price increase from the manufacturer. I declined to place a deposit unless they honoured the price listed online. They told me their IT team cannot change the listing everytime there is a price change (so why bother having a price?) They also stated a disclaimer is on the website about price changes however I can't seem to find it. I understand prices go up, but honour what you advertise.
Purchased some rims for my wife’s truck, had a bit of back and forth with them about fit and tpms which I ended up purchasing, no issues at all, it’s run out of a loading doc, no store front per se, good service, friendly, timely, seems a bit sketch just cause we’re used to something different but it works for them and me cause I got a good deal on some nice rims brought in my tires which they balanced and put on the rims for 80 bucks. Only thing is they don’t mount them on your car you’ll need to go to jiffy lube or some place else but for sure would purchase again, if necessary.
I have been trying to buy wheels from this place. I emailed them three times and called with no response. What company does this to someone trying buy a product from them
Just want to say even if the deal for my tires fell thru due to suez canal issues the customer service is outstanding! I will definately order off green leaf tire again.
