I came in for a regular wheel balancing, and at first everything seemed fine. But after driving for a bit, I still felt a vibration. I went back to the shop, and the team rechecked everything and suggested doing a Hunter RoadForce balancing. They ran the test on their RoadForce machine, adjusted everything properly, and the vibration disappeared or became not noticeable. Really solid work — you can tell they know what they’re doing. Their equipment is top-notch (including the Hunter RoadForce tire balancing), and the staff handled the whole situation professionally. Definitely a place I can recommend.
I came in around closing time and they promised they could install my winter tires + Wheels. We realized I needed new screws entirely as they were custom rims - these guys went out of their way to purchase the screws (40 min drive away from the shop) came back and installed while I waited just to ensure I had my car the same day. Best customer service I’ve received from an auto shop to date.
