Total waste of time, drove 40 minutes and been told that the tires offered to me were not available and I had to drive another location which was 25 minutes away from there again. Especially don’t go to Brampton location on 75 rosedale ave, no customer service at all.
This was the worst experience I’ve had. I arrived very early because I needed to get things done and had important appointments afterwards, yet they left me waiting for a full hour with no respect for my time. In the end, they casually told me the tires weren’t available in the first place. This level of negligence and poor organization is unbelievable. I spoke to customer service and they showed zero interest or effort to resolve the issue. I even tried calling the manager to file a formal complaint, and he completely ignored my call. That alone says a lot about their professionalism. This place is disorganized, disrespectful to customers, and has no commitment whatsoever. I do not recommend dealing with them at all.
Do not trust this guys. I drove from London to them. To tell me sold out? Than traying to sell me garbage ones. I do not recommend this guys at all. Please don’t waste your time with them.
Charged me $440 for all 4 brand winters on rim. Comeback 2 months later as one tire went flat and got damaged. Charged me $220 for one winter tire. They knew I was stuck and my car barely made it to their shop and squeezed what they could out of me. Stay away !
Horrible service; will never return or suggest. It took 2 hours to change the tires after bringing the vehicle inside. One staff member is working with three cars at a time, and all three people must wait 2 hours. No respect for customers time.
Its an bad experience with these guys i had purchased 4 winter tyres of 480$ with 90000 kms warranty and after they not provide the warranty card to me on time to many followup and they denied to gave the warranty of 90000 kms.
Visited this shop to change my Corolla's tyres from winter to summer, and it was a great experience! Meelad and Mansoor were fantastic hosts, and The team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was done properly. They handled everything professionally and efficiently.
