Store was clean, I went in for a single item but left with a basket.. Karly the cashier was friendly, efficient, and didn’t intrude on my odd collection... She kept things moving, got everything right, and made the checkout feel painless. Calm, professional, and genuinely pleasant—exactly what you want at a cashier.
Called to reserve a pair of Konekt goalie skates. There was only 1 pair left in my size and they held them for me til the end of the day. Met with Nick C. in the sports section and he was a great help. He got me correctly sized with the Bauer sizing tool, helped adjust the straps and buckles on the boot, baked them to perfection and took his time in explaining things. I had a chance to get a couple games in since my visit 2 days ago and I could not be happier. The service along with the skate sharpening was excellent. I will definitely be returning for my sporting needs.
I went to buy hockey skates and they are the only place that had multiple sets when the rest of Canada had no size s available. Nick C in the hockey section absoultely crushed the customer service. That kid is going places. Everyone was super friendly. A+

Happy to visit a sports shop with a decent selection and reasonable prices. They have a large selection comparable to other retail chains. What sets it apart is a few unique equipment selection not found elsewhere, as well as the personable customer service. I was able to fit an equipment out of a package with the staff’s help before purchasing. We found their store online and was glad they had this storefront location offering prices better than our local shop. Update: we went back today to pickup a pair of hockey skates. Jonathan was fantastic, patiently explaining the pros/cons of each pair of skates based on the brand and characteristics. He went above and beyond to help us with the fitting, heat-molding the foot profile, and sharpening the skate. His knowledge of hockey really shown through. The experience was 5-out-of-5 stars, no drama. Thanks!
