I had a great experience today! Came in to find a baseball glove for my son, and even though there was only one employee working, he was super helpful and took the time to guide us through the options. I don’t know much about baseball gear, but he helped me pick out the perfect glove for my son, who’s absolutely thrilled with it. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is just because I wish there were more staff on hand to help with the crowd. But overall, the service was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality baseball equipment. Big thanks to the guy who helped us, my son is over the moon about his new glove!
They have anything you would ever need as a baseball player. From gloves, bats, batting gloves, helmets, pants, nets, guards, bags, to every type of ball. The staff is very knowledgeable and can pick the perfect piece of equipment which fits right for your size, weight and play style.
I was looking to get my son a new glove. The experience was good. Store is large and only baseball focused. If they don't have it, I'm not sure it exists. Lots of options to choose from and price points for any budget. Our sales associate asked position and price range and pointed us to the rows that would align. Checkout was quick and parking abundant. There was nothing that wow'd me in this experience but it was good at all stages. If you're after baseball gear this is an easy spot to grab what you need. It was worth the drive to ensure we got what we needed.
Our son broke his fairly new bat and being from Windsor we thought the warranty process may take a bit. Mark was great and was able to get him a new bat shipped down in just 2 days. Thanks a ton for the great customer service.
They are the slowest and least responsive retailer. The products are fine, but it seems like getting a hold of someone is near impossible and it took more than 3 months to fulfill a basic order. Numerous other people on my baseball team had the same experience.
Love supporting Home Run Sports for my son's baseball gear, but today's experience was disappointing. Website said item was in stock, but when I arrived after a long drive (1hr 10mins), it wasn't available. Please keep your website updated to avoid frustrating customers like me. Hoping for better next time.
I went into the Home run sports location today to buy a few items as i was in a good mood and wanted to buy something for myself. But as I was walking into the store, I opened the front door to enter the store, I took a step in and lost my footing as I noticed someone approach my car when I when i was looking back out the door. While i lost my footing i almost went into the alarm pylons by the front door. The representatives that were by the front counter burst out laughing at me. That was the last thing you want to hear from anyone. No courtesy or professionalism at all. They didnt say are you okay or is everything alright. But a big loud laugh when you were going to spend a big chunk of change on a local business. I did end up buying a $300+ bat but I don't know if I should have spent my money in a place where some people have no respect for me. I drove home thinking about it and I was bothered by it to the point where I had to write this review. I don't want any business to get hurt but you should evaluate the professionalism of some of your staff. The person who helped me chose a bat was great as he was an older mature gentlemen. But, The loud laugh will bring me back to return the item purchased after careful consideration.
