The staff took the measurement, the jerseys we got was so small that my son could barely fit. Was told have to pay extra to resize them. Very disappointed of how they handle this
Went in there today to get some custom shirts made for a charity event needed about 50 or 100shirts walked in there employee was dealing with a customer having random banter gave me zero acknowledgement 2 mins by not even a hello four minutes goes by even the customer said do you want to speak to the other person in the store? He said no don't worry. It's just a lack of integrity not even to say hello to the customer standing there waited 5 mins still wasn't even acknowledged. Not a hello or a hold on I'll be with you. There's just a major lack of integrity here. It's all good. First time I went in this place and the last time . you want support a local business but they act the Don't need it What a shame . Well deserved one star.
I arrived at the store just five minutes before closing to buy skates for my family and me, due to a mix-up with the store hours. I was fortunate to meet TJ, who was incredibly helpful. With lightning speed, he got us measured, found the perfect skates and helmets, and even lined us up for skate sharpening. I can’t believe how excellent the service was! I’m so grateful for Bert's, and especially for TJ's fast and efficient assistance.
Took my Dodgers bike in to get serviced and adjustment. later that week as I went out for a ride with her both her pedals fell off. Went back and complained about the issue told me part of the service that I got… The keep this short I’ve never gone back and never will go back. Gears on Lakeshore provided me with the service I was looking for.
the most exceptional team when it comes to custom jerseys, shout out TJ! right from initial contact to pickup, the team at Bert’s were not only highly professional, but I’d say went out of their way to accommodate my request of a small custom jersey order. they did an incredible job with sewing up all of the patches, and the price was extremely affordable considering the high quality jersey you’re receiving. I’ve ordered one-colour logo screen printed jerseys that came out more expensive than this. thanks again to the Bert’s team :)
Bert’s Sports is fantastic in supplying school team jerseys. They work as a team coordinating the correct numbering, size and logo on any jerseys that I have ordered. I know that I can place an order and have no worries about any deficiencies. I used to order from another supplier, and I have received nothing but headaches and improper sizing. Bert’s Sports is genuine in helping their customers and providing a great shopping experience. All I have to say is “Thank You.”
Has great sports equipment but it is a bit pricey here. I like that you can sometimes get your teams logos on hats, blankets, etc.. Today 3 people who worked at this location were in the back dealing with one customer's issue and let no one at the front to deal with the customers there. I had to go to the back to ask someone a question. They were really polite and said that if I needed anything to let them know. I just think that someone should always be in front for the customers there.
