They speak rudely to costumers i asked for washroom as i went shopping there they could say sorry no or washroom’s unavailable but there answer was super rude not shopping here again
I had a fantastic experience at Soccer Max in Mississauga. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. I bought three shirts, and they made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend checking them out!
Too bad you cannot give 0 star rating. I came to this store shortly after my wife bought me a Player version of the new Real Madrid Jersey, I called before showing up to see if they had a name print I was looking for and they did. The bald guy immediately had this weird vibe about him and provided no eye contact and talked like he did not care about anything. The issue happened when the bald guy offered to also paste the champion's league badge on the side of the shirt, I agreed thinking since he knows so much about futbol he would know to have a number 15 on it. This person did not bother showing me the patch or confirm with me whether or not if I would still want the badge despite it being a blank champions league showing that the team you put it on has 0 champion's league. Mind you my wife spent 219$ for this jersey freshly bought and now I have a badge that makes the jersey very inaccurate. I confronted the bald guy about this issue and he cannot even look at me to provide me the bare minimum of customer service. As I am speaking with him and I bring up the fact that the badge has no number on it, he proceeds to give me the excuse that they would have to order individual badges year round depending on winners and for each year, but he never thought once to mention this to someone putting this on their jersey that is cost 200$. This person lacks customer service skills as a simple conversation to him is very tiring and seems very disrespectful and dismissive when handling customers. I later asked if there is a way to take the badge off and he tells me there is no way, and mid conversation just starts walking away as I mention that the patches that I was also provided were simple felt patches that I have personally ordered from Ebay with the same exact quality. Please do not allow this person to continue servicing customers the way that they do. This will only lose customers as you have lost one in me. Also please address this with the worker because other people will not be as polite when it comes to not only ruining a gift but also spending an additional 84$ on some felt patches at cost $20. The least that could have been done was get the correct patch.
I purchased the shows and worn for not even 5 mins and try to return, they wouldn't take them back not even for an exchange. Aweful customer service. Don't shop there.
did not enjoy my visit. Tried to return unworn shoes, as they were the wrong size.and they refused to refund my money. It was a present for my newphew. My advice, check their policies before buying from them!
Julian is such a bro man. Great guy, I was shipped the wrong shoe size for a shoe that I ordered online, when I went to the store to return it, my shoe size for the particular shoe was out of stock. Julian apologised for the error and was very generous by letting me choose any other shoe I wanted for the same price. I thought he dealt with the error very well and showed great customer service. Thankyou Julian I really appreciate your honesty and good service. Julian you the man, my bro!
