The service here is amazing, something Ive never been offered else where. Such a modern salon with a warm atmosphere. Savanna is who I go to for my hair and never fails to impress! I recommend this salon to everyone!
I used to love this place from my first time with Jaz years ago, it is beautifully decorated and offered a wonderful experience. But the past few times I've gone the quality of manicure has been really poor. I won't go back my nails were so sensitive and chipped after the last time. It's too bad
I go here frequently for pedicures. I just book with whoever is available at the time and they always do a good job. Once they started offering hair services I began seeing Colleen and I have found my hair stylist!! She is amazing! She's cut, coloured and highlighted my hair and it has always turned out amazing. It's always relaxing here and you never feel rushed.
What an amazing experience! Ive been to both the Milton and Mississauga location and love the fact that I live right in between the two! I get the same consistent and friendly customer service no matter what. Loving the online booking option!
Made an appointment for my daughter to have a nail fix, the day of the appointment I received a call from the Salon (while my daughter was in transit to the salon) and was asked questions regarding her nail (which they already asked the day I made the appointment). While answering the questions again, I mentioned that my daughter broke another nail so there would be two to fix. At which point I was told that the nail technician wouldn't be able to fix her nail because there was another client scheduled right after. I asked how long does it take to fix a nail to which she responded, 30 minutes!!!!! WHAT!!! 30 minutes for one nail seriously!!!! She then said that my daughter would have to reschedule her appointment. My daughter was 5 minutes away from the salon while this was going on!!!! I told the girl the day I called, that my daughter was working at 2 pm. Now I had to call my daughter and tell her that they wouldn't be able to fix her nails! Not only did they waste her time and fair but were unprofessional on the phone as the girl kept putting me on hold find out the answers to my questions. Why 30 minutes per nail!!! Are you telling me that if someone comes in for a full set they have to spend 5 hours sitting there!!!! All though it is a nice place inside the staff is young and inexperienced not to mention rude!!!! I have been there in the past and would NEVER return again. I just thought that maybe things have changed but obviously they haven't. As per your response and to correct you.. I was not told it takes ten minutes but 30 and I definitely did not get the breakdown because they young lady on the phone did not even know what the procedure was and had to keep putting me on hold. You were going to reschedule my daughter ant a later DATE!!!!! Don't try to twist this around Karen.....as for my bad review it's not the only one from what I can see!!!! Your staff is unprofessional and imature...UPDATE: Responding to your update which had nothing to do with my daughter leaving the salon....I was there once or twice after that. So for you to use this information here is unprofessional and extremely immature!!!!!
