I have been getting massages from Ella and I cannot thank her enough for all the help I get with all my pain, every time I go. She is very strong and does deep tissue massage and she gets every muscle that is tight. I highly recommend Ella to all my friends and family.

Such a bad experience !! I came from so far and I called them twice to ask if they take insurance and they said yes but the time I reached there they said no !! First of all they did not understand english so it was really hard for me to explain them everything !! I had such a bad experience with them !! I won’t recommend booking with them
I went there before went today again. I wish they spoke English and could understand what I have to say. I have massage insurance. Girl was not understanding me at all and kept on asking paying in cash and refused to give receipt even though I was going to pay her and submit to insurance myself. Today she collected payment before even giving massage. This is totally wrong. I paid first and then got massage. Then afterwards she us asking for tip. I would not pay tip when they are not giving me receipt unless I pay by credit card which is taxed. Please my request to the owner of this place, no matter how we pay, we should get a receipt. Don’t ask for money before service is provided, this is against the law. Be careful and train the girls not to collect money before doing massage. I was it going to run away without paying. They were treating me as I was not going to pay. I wish they understood English. They give good massage but polite customer service is very important to be successful in business. I hope someone fixes the problems. I will come again but need to hear back that changes will be made. No one will ask for payment before service is provided. Thanks
I’ve come here many times and always had a great experience with Sophie. But this time, I got my service from another lady, and the massage was horrible! She even asked me for a tip. Honestly, my little brother could’ve given me a better back rub than that.so disappointed
I had the cupping massage here done by Wendy, and I am so happy with the results. A lot of places you go to don’t use enough pressure if you have a lot of knots and tight muscles like myself, but Wendy was very strong and knew what she was doing with the cupping as well. My muscles finally feel loosened up!
The place was shabby, sheets were dirty and the staff was unprofessional. The lady doing my massage couldn't understand English and she called in another staff (male) member in the massage room without my permission during the massage to make her understand what I was saying. This was embarrassing and unacceptable. Massage felt like someone was just rubbing their hands on the back. For more than half the time she just was working on my shoulders and I had to tell her to stop. She didn't seem to be trained or professional. I would never go there again.
