My husband and I went for a head, body and foot spa today, but honestly, I didn’t enjoy it much. The body massage wasn’t done properly, and the head and foot spa was maybe a 5 out of 10.
Went for my full body massage today, with RMT Cindy, needless to say the experience was phenomenal! Cindy knew exactly how to work on the tension areas and make us feel nice and rejuvenated again! Very pleased with the service!
Never recommending this place to anyone. Please think twice before coming here. Let this be a warning to you. I don't normally provide bad reviews but this is the first time that I will to warn others to find a better place than this. Another review already mentioned that they ask you to pay before the session starts. What a way to corner your customers. During the treatment, it's so hard to relax because you can hear loud conversations probably from other staff outside. Their voices are so loud it doesn't feel like a spa at all. The lady who was doing my scalp massage was brushing through my scalp so roughly it hurt a lot. There is no use explaining because she will reply "no english". What a way to tell your customer that there is no point complaining as you won't be understood anyway. During the blowdrying time, the lady held the drier so close to my scalp. It was very hot and strong! I tried to signal that I am in pain. Looks like she understood and apologized but still did the same thing anyway. In my mind, this is the last step, it's almost done so just endure it. Just to note, this was the same experience my friend had related to the blowdrying. She told me the blowdryer was too close to her scalp that it hurt. Finally, I lost something here. I called the next day to confirm if they found it. They said they did and I can come back anytime to collect it. I mentioned the time and date I lost it. I thought they matched it with the time and date they found it. I was relieved and felt less anxious because they have kept it there waiting for me to come get it. To my surprise, when I came to get it, they refused to release it to me. What's the point of telling me to come collect it if they won't give it to me anyway? They asked questions that didn't make sense. The lady in the reception refused to return my property. After trying to prove I am the owner of the item, I could see she had no intention of giving it back and was bent on giving me a hard time. classic power tripping move. Awful attitude and customer service. I ended up giving up as I knew I was wasting time there. To the management: Hope you train your staff better please. Employ someone who can communicate well so that customer's needs can be well met and not just silently suffer. They have no choice but to continue since the treatment has been paid for even before the session starts. To the receptionist, she should have handled the situation better. Please contemplate on what you have done and try to learn what could have been improved. I will never set foot in this place again. I hope this serves as a warning to those who are considering going to get a scalp massage treatment here. There are other places that offer the same services but give customers a much better experience.
Everytime I call, they say no appointment available. It's the same person answering the call and it's like she knows my voice. At first she says it's available, and soon as I ask for the therapist I went for (she recognizes it's me!) and she says oh it's all full! I wonder it's because I tipped a little less than $15?!?
I've been coming here for years. The staff is great. Recently saw Tina who is really amazing. She knew how to help me with my pain. And Lily is also fantastic. Definitely recommend doing the package with foot massage and body massage combo.
I went for a foot spa here, & suffered from neck ache after the shoulder massage. It was also very difficult communicating with the therapist as she wasn't able to understand English, language was a barrier too. On top of it, the Manager came in, to explain and translate. My whole session was ruined with all this experience. I hope the team understands and work on these gaps.
Had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews. I went for the 1 hour foot massage that was supposed to include a scalp, shoulder and neck massage. The neck and shoulder massage was lacking and there was no scalp massage. Pressure was inconsistent, and overall comfort throughout was lacking. I feel more tense and stressed after the treatment. Not returning.
