Excellent service provided. I went to get my hair done and was very happy with it. They also accommodated me with last minute mani pedi appointment. Clean and cute place with friendly staff. Will definitely return!

I purchased a coupon from here and it was amazing... I got 4 services for the price of one with the coupon. The service was really good. Staff is very friendly. I have been here several times. The first time I got a free test patch of laser removal on my back. After a few days with no adverse effects, I went back for a treatment. Very happy with the results, the place is very clean. The service I receive is very caring and attentive. They ask me about how I feel about how it looks, it feels, everything. They provide good service here. A great experience for a procedure that's not necessarily meant to be comfortable.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I'm an avid salon goer and this place is ridiculously unprofessional. The receptionist, Tina, is incredibly rude and had the audacity to call me stupid while I was on hold. This is no joke - she actually put the phone down and started telling the manager how "stupid I am". When I spoke to the manager, Frank, and asked him about this, the least he could have done was offer an apology. He did not do that, but instead started saying "what do you want me to do"? It's not my job or role to tell a manager what to do to employ good customer service skills. It should be a manager's first priority to instil appropriate mannerisms in their employees that are at the front line of dealing with customers. Clearly, Frank does not have this skill and is not equipped to be a manager. I don't normally do this, but I especially came on this review page and am spending 5 minutes of my time writing this review because of how unprofessional these people are. People go to a spa to relax and if someone picks up the phone and is being incredibly rude and unhelpful, then that is the biggest red flag. Tina and Frank need to learn about customer service before they decide to call themselves a business. To no surprise, I came on their reviews and saw that I am not the first to write a poor review. Not surprising at all! If you would like to be treated with some dignity and respect and deal with people who have manners, DO NOT GO HERE. Do a better job Frank, before you decide to call yourself a "manager". Learn what a manager is. Very shocked to hear you're actually the manager. While you're at it, learn to train your employees.
