I would most definetly recommend a facial from Huyla. She is friendly, knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients skin. My skin feels wonderful, looks smoother and less inflamed. I enjoy my visits to her spa and look forward to the next one.
I had never had a facial before so I was excited to find a Groupon for this spa and one that was so close to home. I made an appointment with Hulya for a Saturday and then had to reschedule due to something coming up. I called multiple times and left messages with no reply. She finally got back to me and said she was on vacation. I rescheduled my appointment to a Sunday at 10AM. I got to the spa 15 minutes early and waited before knocking. At ten minutes too, I knocked on the door and got no reply. Waited a bit longer, knocked again, nothing. I called 5 times and left a message with no one answering the door or my calls. it's been 2 weeks and she still hasn't replied to my message. Worst customer service.
I have been going to Hulya for almost a year now. She offers an exceptional service. She truly cares about her clients and can achieve visible results. No matter how stressed you feel on entering, it's guaranteed you'll feel 100% better once she's worked her magic! She even follows up the next day to check how your skin feels. I've recommended her to several friends and they have also become loyal customers (and fans!).
