I always enjoy exceptional, professional service at Body and Soul Spa, staff go beyond to provide amazing, excellent service. The ambiance is soothing and private, and all staff are friendly, polite and respectful of your privacy. I have had multiple treatments at Body and Soul Spa and each time I have left feeling pampered and my skin feeling rejuvenated . I absolutely recommend Body and Soul Spa, excellent !!!
I was really surprised when I first got there; better than expected inside and the esthetician was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and very understanding after I had to change my initial appointment 3 times! Can't wait to go back!
Body and Soul Spa has always been a wonderful get away area in the heart of streetsville. The customer service and the services themselves are exceptional and each visit is always a pleasant one. I have done several different treatments from laser to manicures and pedicures and have always had a pleasant experience.
You can always expect professional and friendly service at Body and Soul Day Spa. I have been a client for a couple of years now. The main treatment I received here was laser hair removal. The staff was well trained and always able to answer any questions that I had about my treatment. The results were great and I always felt very comfortable going in. The Spa is nicely decorated and most importantly very clean. I have also done pedicures at the spa and have purchased full day spa packages for my mom on several occasions and she had nothing but great things to say about her experience. I would recommend this spa to friends and family and encourage everyone to check out the great services offered. Thanks everyone at Body and Soul and keep up the good work.
I've been a regular at this spa for 3 years - the staff are very friendly and they are very accommodating with last minute schedule changes. Debbie and Allie are awesome. Allie used to do my laser treatments, and currently does my hydra-facials.Only reason the spa isn't getting 5 stars is because the Swedish Relaxation massage(s) could use some work. Went there recently and the massage itself lasted 35 minutes, when it was suppose to be 50. It was my birthday month so they give you a great deal (which is incredible); however, the massage felt rushed and I felt that my business wasn't appreciated.Overall, I do recommend this spa, but moving forward I will only go visit Allie.
