I had the same experience as Mark below. The sewer drain backed-up in our basement, I got a ridiculous estimate from one of the "big" companies and wanted a second opinion. We called Waterguard because of the reviews and it is a smaller "family" company. Michael came and did a very thorough diagnosis and explained everything he saw and our options so we could understand. His diagnosis and quote was much more reasonable. His crew showed up the next morning and did all the work in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Waterguard.

I had a great experience working with Water Guard Plumbing. During the free estimate they explained the problem in simple terms and provided a competitive quote. On the day of the job, the team showed up on time and took great care to prep my home to not be impacted by what was going to be a dirty job. The old pipe was replaced, newer shoddy plumbing fixed, and pipes covered up again. Great customer service and on budget.
