The person who answered the phone was very professional, I accepted the free estimate quote and at the date set, Jordan and his assistant called me in advanced as planned, they came in, they truly gave me my best possible option and the price was very fair, he was very knowledgeable too. I really had a great experience!
My bathtub drain was backed up. Terrance was both very helpful at explaining various aspects of what those pipes I can't see look like under there and at clearing up the problem. Much as one doesn't want to deal with such an issue, it was a pleasure having Terrance in my home to take care of it for me. I appreciated the fast service too.

Terrance is amazing. Had him come over this morning to assess water leaking through the kitchen ceiling. Turns out it's another issue not plumbing related but he did his best to assist us with the process. He also adjusted one of our toilets. Definitely using his service in the future!
