Called GTA Plumbing on short notice to do some work in my new condo. Ayeesha was friendly and helpful on the phone, and Martin showed up on time and did excellent, knowledgeable work. Price was fair and reasonable for the work done. Very good experience; would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.
Great service for the 3rd or 4th time they have taken care of our plumbing problems the past 5 years. Need outside water tap replaced due to non stopable leak. Mel had the tech swing by with in hours. Also came back next day on short notice to install a Moen kitchen faucet. Thanks to Martin for his quick work resolving our plumbing problems. We had a toilet overflowing at the office and needed an emergency appointment asap right before the long wknd. They were able to accommodate us on such a short notice. The guys that showed up were great and went over and beyond to help me clean up the mess and disinfect the affected areas.
I had water leaking from my upstairs bathroom and didn't know where it was coming from. I called GTA and spoke to the dispatcher. She was very helpful. She helped me turn off the water until try were able to send a plumber. The plumber came and was able to fix the leak and get my water turned back on. The service was very good and the pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use them again if necessary.
The gentleman who arrived did an excellent job taking care of us. Within minutes, he had returned flow to the kids' toilet and then diagnosed and repaired the slow flow in the master sinks. My issue is, dispatch said he would be at the house between 08:00 and 09:00. At 11:00 I called the office (since they didn't call me). I was passed to voicemail. The plumber who did take excellent care of us arrived at 13:00.
Horrible plumbing company they sent a 70 year old man to do work by himself he ruined my floors and wall and now refusing to fix it The ladies on the phone are also terrible just all around horrible company
Wanted to sort out a leak in one of my rental properties. They said they would send a plumber to assess the leak and call me. When the plumber got there, he just shut the water off and left without calling. I get a call from the renters afterwards that the problem was not fixed. I also get a call from the plumber after the weekend stating what needed to be fixed. I told them that they should have called me the first time so I can sort it out. GTA Plumbing then states I must pay for another call for the plumber to fix the leak. They charged me $200 for the first call and all they did was shut the water. Would not refund the $200 and would not waive the second call for a plumber to fix the leak. Worst company to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone.
I thought the dispatch lady was very rude, told me to 'stop talking' and didn't even let me finish my question. I own multiple companies so I know what I'm talking about when asking questions. When I spoke to another person a simple answer was all that was needed to say and they couldn't even do that. I'm not impressed. This company will not be used for any of my projects, as the experience first hand was not good.
