Mark offered a free quote and was very clear in what was being done, while also offering tips for future work. Alex did the job professionally and quickly. They were done in less than a day and cleaned up thoroughly. I will definitely call these guys first for my next plumbing job.
I contacted ExpressRooter to deal with a clogged kitchen drain. The appointment to have a plumber out was arranged with very little wait time after the initial call. Mark (absolutely fabulous) arrived at the designated time and proceeded to deal with the issue in an efficient and professional manner. He provided product advice to limit the possibility of the issue recurring and a future procedure to ensure that the main kitchen line was functioning as it should be. I would highly recommend ExpressRooter to anyone requiring plumbing services.
I was referred to them by another repair man for a basement leak. Charles came on time. He was professional and polite although he kept calling his boss to ask. He recommended some silicon at the wall of the kitchen basin as there was nothing wrong with the pipes. He called his boss then quoted $250 for that which I thought was insane. He didn’t even have a silicon gun to use and wanted to use mine. He also quoted $350 to change a leaky faucet. They maybe good in what they do but they are incredibly expensive. I declined their quotes but paid $175 plus tax and tip for their ‘diagnostic fees’.
As always, the technicians at ExpressRouter Plumbing are exceptionally knowledgeable. With the aid of the live cam, the technician went over every section of sewer pipe under our house and pointed out all problem areas. This will be an expensive fix as it will involve opening up the basement bathroom floor to replace sections of degraded sewage pipe. I will have complete confidence in the options given to me as solutions to the current problem.
Mark has been our plumber for 3 years or so. He never fails to do a great job. He is friendly, courteous and explains everything he is about to do. I would certainly recommend him and this company!
Had them in twice for 2 different plumbing issues. They did a good job fixing things and offered cost effective solutions instead of charging above and beyond, and provided free quotes. The first time, the plumber came, assessed things, and didn't even charge us. Would recommend. They know what they're doing and are trustworthy.
I highly recommend this company! Mark went above and beyond to accommodate my special situation. I asked him to wear a mask and boot slippers to protect my son who has immune issues and Mark was amazing in doing so. I am deeply grateful for his kindness. He listened to all what we needed. Listened to what we had to say about the plumbing issue, suggested options to fix it, never pressured us into high price options, always suggested ways we can save money, made a temporary fix so that we could run the dishwashers again, even helped us only by looking at a picture with a furnaces tube, helped us to find a solution without opening walls or floors (which other plumbers suggested) and he was amazing with communicating and educating us. We will have the main work done this week and I am very optimistic that what Mark suggested will work. Also Erika was super welcoming and made me feel safe. Amazing experience and wonderful people!
