Bosco had to dig up the drain from our house to the septic and presumably replace the pipe. Josh showed up on time, did an excellent job with the backhoe and back-filled cleaning up all the excavated earth. Unlike the people who did the septic bed.I wish I had Bosco to the scope analysis of what our problem was because I think they were honest with me. Unfortunately, depending on someone else's analysis we replaced the pipe but it wasn't the problem. Turned out there was a blockage in the septic tank and, since I needed to pump out the tank for Josh to finish, that found the real problem and fixed it. Still, Josh and Bosco did a good job as promised.They were expensive compared to two other bids but I'm not sorry I called them.
Gary came today to fix my air conditioner as it had stopped working. It turned out to be a thermostat problem. He was very patient when the new thermostat he brought with him didn't connect to the furnace and quickly installed another one. He assured me that he would not leave me without a working AC. He was very knowledgeable and did not mind taking the time to explain everything to me. He even apologized for the time it took him to get everything going again. I was very pleased with the work he did. As always, I am a huge fan of Bosco and Gary is right up there providing excellent service.
Gary Asher was wonderful! Gary was able to quickly identify what was wrong with our AC unit. He took the time to explain what had happened leading to the issue. We needed a part that had to be ordered, and Gary followed up ensuring we got the part as quickly as possible. Gary always took care when in our home to be tidy. Sammy was great today! We finally have a long awaited water source on our rooftop patio. We can now keep plants alive! The work looks great so far and Sammy was very nice and easy to work with. The project came in as quoted. We're looking forward to getting a couple of other quotes for additional work we need done around the house. Thanks!
