We've had a recurring plumbing issue inconveniencing us for about a year. Aurelio came on a service call and solved the issue promptly and professionally. He is very informative and knowledgeable about all things plumbing and seems like a really nice guy. Billing was accurate and rates are fair. He even called us to follow up a few weeks after service. Precise Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. I did a complete bathroom renovation that included relocating the plumbing including some main pipes. Aurelio and his team were easy to deal with and Matt did a phenomenal job. They cleaned up after themselves, were on time and LISTENED to what I wanted as a customer. Well what can I say..... amazing service and great response time!!!I was in a desperate jamb when I heard a bang in the basement and went down to learn that my whole basement was under water. In a panic I came across Precise Plumbing and thank god for that. I called and they dispatched someone to visit the house within 1 hour. They were able to find the problem by snaking my drains in the basement and removing the clog. I highly recommend this company! They responded quickly and efficiently and were very fair in their pricing.Thanks again Precise!!
