Vince and Ethan came in to install my new dishwasher and fix a drain pipe, and they did an excellent job. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and clearly knew their stuff. Everything was completed efficiently, they cleaned up the entire area afterwards, and made sure all my plumbing issues were fully taken care of. Great workmanship and professionalism—highly recommend Vince and Ethan!

I’m more than thrilled with my experience dealing with Vince, Kelly and their crew (sorry I can’t remember everyone) over at Precise. What started as a simple Facebook marketplace ad turned into a significant amount of upgrades/future proofing to my property. Vince informed me of all the rebates available to get my house off the municipal storm water system and a sump pump was a good solution to some of the issues I was trying to fix. I also had them line my aging clay sewer pipes and replace my water shutoff valve. All things that will mitigate any future issues in my basement. Everyone who came into my home was courteous, friendly and more than happy to answer my questions. Was just a really pleasant experience and I’m looking forward to working with them again!

Alfred Lim did an excellent job of installing three new toilets and a pop-up vanity wash basin plug in the bathroom at our townhouse this week. Alfred is friendly and cheerful and arrived at the scheduled time. He is also following up to replace a slightly defective toiled tank lid. We were very satisfied with his work.
I hired precise for a sewer backup they came out and solved my issue and provided me with a permanent solution to eliminate roots ever comming back (pipe lining) they also helped me get rebates for the work they did
