They sent a guy name Curtis and he was very helpful and very professional. He saved us a lot of money because he offered us a discount for fixing three different things that needed fixing that we pointed out to him. He was fast at the job and took the time to explain everything to me and then all over again to my brother. I would definitely call them again :)
Due to a backed up drain in my house, had to call for 24 hour emergency- Office was pleasant and courteous- Chris Ford arrived to perform necessary services. He was courteous and efficient with resolving the problem. He was also considerate of my home, by removing his shoes and hauling is equipment up 2 flights of stairs to avoid potentially scratching my car parked in the garage. Most of all, Chris was very patient in explaining and teaching the basics of how plumbing works. A very insightful not to mention courteous and educational visit. Recommend this place 100% as well as Chris Ford- he is a credit to his profession.
Used Mr. Rooter services before and had a good experience, signed on for their deal membership at the time and was so glad I did because I had another issue, called Mr. Rooter... they were out in a few hours and the fantastic Paul Pantaleon arrived & gave a thorough inspection. He was honest, thorough, excellent workmanship and personable. I feel confident in their work, expertise and felt value for money. Lets face it, plumbing isnt cheap but its important to do it right and have the pros look after things!
