They were a great help in choosing the right type of paint and worked hard to ensure a colour as close as possible to what I wanted. Very happy with their customer service. Gave me great suggestions that saved me money on my project.
Cons: Changing workers dropping down quality of preforming services. Ether they untrained or not learning anything. Mistake with pain matching usually paint should be matching around 90-95% and not always that is a case. Last experience cost me higher cost of job because first they did color completely mississauga match, and after I force to come back and get a new one they sold me old paint. The girl working there was helpful, gave us some opinion on colours. Made some other suggestions that saved us some money for our purchase. Will go back again for more paint later.
My go-to place for all my painting projects. Good quality paint and great selection of supplies. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they give you advice when needed. I like dealing with them rather than a big box hardware store, I also find it helpful that they can search on file the colour and kind of roller you bought the last time (if you open an account with them). Keep an eye for their "Super Sale" every 2-3 months, you can get 30%-40% off!
If I could rate a zero I would. Do not go here! I was here for an hour because they couldn't mix paint from their own paint chip. The girl said - I hope youre not in a rush to go anywhere. After she mixed second can, and " played" with the color, without asking me I asked if I could just buy it so I could leave and she refused to sell it to me.
Visited this store 2 weeks ago to get some paint. Since they did not have 5 gallon buckets I was advised to come back on a Wednesday and GUARANTEED they'll have it (they even took my name, number and order and said they'll give me a call). Wednesday passes by and I did not get a phone call. I visited on the Friday to pick up my order and apparently my order hasn't been placed. I should be angry at this point but since I did not need the paint at the moment I said fine. AGAIN, they take my name, number and order and said AGAIN, WE WILL CALL YOU ON A WEDNESDAY. Today's Thursday and I just called the store and yet my order isn't in yet. I don't know how many Wednesdays I need to wait for some White paint but I'm truly disappointed by this location. It also doesn't help that the person who was working on June 22nd 2017, 6pm has an attitude. Terrible. Stay away from this store. WASTE OF TIME.
