I love this store! I live very close by and all of the help I have received from every person I have encountered has been excellent and helpful without being pushy. They go out of their way to give you the best pricing and when I forgot to give my contractors contact info he very kindly did a return -no fuss no bother so I could obtain the best pricing. The quality of the paint and service is excellent!
Never had that worst experience in my life, they close at 5, and before I came, I gave them a call and they said if I can make it in 15mins, they can give me the paint, when I made it less than 15mins, but almost close to 5, they said already close? Then why u guys ask to to come and do the paint for me? If I make it in 15mins?really sucks
Worst customer service. Unwilling to help. I understand is Saturday but face to face customer service should be a different experience. Rather go another location.
Genuinely the best painting products I’ve ever laid my eyes upon. Genuinely mean this. I’ve searched high and low, going to the depths of the earth to find even the most modest painting products but to no avail… until I came to this location. Once I left with the products I purchased in hand, all I said was ‘hallelujah!’. Unbelievable, mind-blowing, earth-shattering experience. 11/10.
We had a great experience with Parisa. She was very knowledgeable with helping us choose our paint color to go with our color scheme. We would definitely come back here for future paint projects.
We did a fantastic office wall treatment in Benjamin Moore's Vermillion and it still has people talking! The great staff at Erin Mills helped us with the finishes suggesting an eggshell finish for the wall itself and the wall treatment to be done in a matt finish of the same colour. We get compliments on the wall all the time! And it's really quite stunning year round!
Such a helpful group of staff willing to take a moment to advise and make sure you feel taken care of before leaving. Insightful service with a smile, would recommend!
