I decided to start my own personal project and didn't know where to start. All the associates were so generous with giving advice and advising how should I approach everything. I was quite lost and now I'm a bit more confident leaving the store!
The salesperson was excellent and extremely helpful—but it seems the company’s policies either don’t clearly explain the discount process, or employees may be under pressure to apply it in a misleading way. We were told there’s a current promotion: spend $125 or more and receive $25 off your final bill. The salesperson confirmed it on the final invoice; however, they ended up deducting—or distributing—that $25 across individual items instead, not as a single line item. Learn from our experience: even the employee wasn’t fully aware of how the discount would be applied. We were in a rush, and the cashier kept insisting the deduction applied to the full amount, not to each item. Please be careful and verify this in advance.
I walked into this store today (not my normal BM store) and was helped by two remarkable ladies named Muskaan and Thea. They helped me quickly solve my problem and I left extremely happy! I will definitely come back to this store, thanks to their exceptional dedication to customer service.
The sales associate was very helpful. She gave me different options and time to decide what was suitable for my project. I am painting the upper cabinets of my kitchen cabinets
Great place to grab paint products from, Daniya was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Although we went with the most expensive paint we didn’t feel pressured into buying it, we actually did some research and found that it was the best option for the space we were painting. The store is very well organized and we were able to find what we needed very easily. Daniya also gave some tips for the colour choice that made sense and worked so well with the space we were upgrading. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Moore paints in the first place but for a place to buy the paint I would recommend Heartland Paint

The staff here are so knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Especially, Muskaan! I would highly recommend going to this location and spending the extra bit of money to get the perfect paint for your project.
