Prices are good, and you get a very good discount if you are a monthly car wash member. The tech who serviced me today (JR on the invoice) took his time to find a solution to secure my skid plate on that was a bit damaged from wear and tear. Amazing customer service.
Terrible experience. Walked in and got zero help from mechanic. Stared at me and kept working on someones car. So I said excuse me how long for a n oil change? He answered “10 minutes” and kept working. I didnt know whether to wait inside, go back to my car, or what I was supposed to do. So I waited for a bit longer woth still no communication from worker then I decided to leave. Clearly didnt want any more business. Worst customer experience ever
My first time getting an oil change here and I am beyond grateful. I didn't feel anxious to buy things and I wasn't or at least didn't feel like I was being up sold. My conventional oil change was charged $65 when the posted price is $45. Even refused extras which was offered. The oil change also comes with free extras such topping of all fluids. But once you are done oil change, the service ends right there. Must be more transparent with pricing and complete all extras as posted on the wall!
Price changed was higher than what was quoted on the phone despite me asking specifically for an out the door price. When I arrived the guy was hesitant at first ( there was a sign saying out to lunch at 4 pm) and asked if I had an appointment (the website and initial phone call said that no need for one). The oil change itself took 10 min and was done properly and professionally from my limited view point. Having 2 free car wash is a good bonus.
Super friendly service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is One of the most efficient oil change places I have been to in Mississauga. Also as an added bonus you get two free car washes. This is a great one stop shop for fuel, oil, car wash, detailing and breakfast.
A good job for a good price. No dumb mistakes (replace and tighten oil plug) I've been there a few times and no complaints. Especially since it's been taken over.
