It was the first time that I went to this place, and now I won't be going anywhere else until the performance level drops. With ample space to enter place with three full-size bays, there's no need to drop the trailer first. Staff is efficient, quick, and friendly. Within just a few minutes, the job is done in front of your eyes. Awesome
Very rude behaviour of employees working in oil change bay. They need to learn some manners to communicate. Was a regular visitor here but this was the last visit. Shop is too greasy so avoid getting hurt.
I have asked to apply a lubricant to a gasket ring for oil filter and fricken worker started arguing with me. I am paying my money and I decide to lubricate or not. Used this place since 2006. Not anymore. It is huge possibilities that they forget to lubricate something or drain cap to tight. I remember that they always asked to see how they tightened the drain cap, not anymore. The staff becomes worse.
Super fast on oil change . But you need to know how much oil your engine takes .They can overfill you . Keep an eye on your dip stick . Cause it says on their bill them and there ladies are not responsible for any nut or screw missing Or overfilling .
They charge 465.00 for oil and all of the filters changes. On January 22nd 2021. On 06th February 2021 my brand new Mack truck broke down in Arizona. Took to the dealership and they said oil filter is plugged and pressure problem. Oil filter is plugged..seriously..after 465 dollars.. at dealer told me they didn't even touch the oil filter.....I want my money back...
