I purchased my necklace from there, Toheed was extremely helpful. Her attitude was wonderful, and she guided me very well. I am highly impressed with her service, and I would definitely recommend this shop and Toheed to others.
Walked in with my girlfriend looking at engagement rings and they weren’t helpful at all. Very reluctant to show us anything, and if you are a person of colour I suggest going across the hall to charms or somewhere where there are people of ethnicity, because this lady kept turning her nose up at us. Very disappointed in the interaction. Felt very prejudicial.
My late father purchased a ring for my mother on thier 50th wedding anniversary she had to bring it back because the sizing was improperly done , and she ended up with less expensive ring when she went back to pick it up they insisted it was the same. She's still upset about it to this day. Unfortunately, the stuff this jewelry store does is just wrong. I would never want anyone to go through what she's been thru. Very bad
Went for some specific jewellery and Nasir helped us so fluently. He was really good and friendly and made the whole experience so easy. The collection was great too. Definitely recommend Nasir for anyone visiting this Erin Mills Location. ?
They need to change their opening and closing times in Google. I was in a rush and went there because they claimed to be open on Saturday at 9am. NOT the case; even at 9:22am, their doors were closed even though the sales people saw me waiting outside the door.
Been here a couple times to research an engagement ring. Ended up checking for myself online on their website. Easier to go through and search for what they have. So I just used this location as a pick up. A much faster experience. After which I had to get the ring resized. Nasir was helpful in the end. This location is in the mall so it's a pleasant stroll to get to the store. Plenty of parking outside. Stay safe out there my friends and please, be kind to one another!
Recently purchased a 1carat "Past Present Future" engaged ring at this Erin Mills location. The sales team was fantastic and Nasir went above and beyond to make sure that I the consumer was well informed. Nasir took such great care and effort and I want to say thank you very much for being so transparent and so considerate.
