My husband and I bought a white gold cross for my great niece The experience was great The gentleman who served us was polite He answered our questions with respect He wasn’t pushy but the store has beautiful jewellery My only question is I have some gold chains and my husbands necklace gold he can’t wear because he’s allergic to gold I wonder if there is a jewellery designer who can make earrings in opal my birth stone
Purchased classic plain 14K White gold wedding bands here and they were fairly priced. The only draw back was there were no returns only exchange.But the bands looked great otherwise and customer service was great.
Went to their store looking to purchase a 20-inch gold chain, but the owner does not seem knowledgeable about the products at all. They said they don't sell gold by the gram but rather by the style... There inventory of chains is very low quality. That alone should be a red flag. Also looking at how the company responds to some of the reviews seems very unprofessional. They dont want returning customers that do business, rather try to squeeze as much profit on people. Edit: When I went into their shop there was literally no one else there but the owners. Instead of playing the victim and calling people bullies for leaving low-star reviews on your business, just address the issue and move forward.
Best repair prices in the Mississauga without a doubt. I took a broken chain of mine to multiple places in the area and their quote was 2/3 the price of the next closest quote. Some quotes were double and even triple their price. They did a great job with the repair as well :)

Went in looking for a simple wedding band; the woman behind the counter was helpful with sizing and her suggestion to go with white gold worked perfectly for me. Terrible customer service, owners son is very rude. Jewellers Ive gone to in the past provide their expertise on how to complete a repair successfully. Seems like these guys just take your money and do a lousy job with repairs and then throw their hands up in the air. Not giving another cent here for sure. $50 down the drain to inexperienced people.
