I brought my family ring that I've worn for the past 15 years. I lost one of the birthstones. I brought it into Lola's and they completely restored it like the way it was when I bought it brand new. We were visiting the wedding show in Cambridge and discovered Lola Jewellers there. I was looking for a Tunsten band and they had plenty of styles to choose from. I found one that caught my attention and that was it! The sales lady was wonderful, she measured my ring size, offered us the show special and promptly ordered one for me. Can't wait to see it and wear it.

Recommend setting clear expectations with your customers on what quality work can be performed. Unfortunately when my ring was resized the cut is very visible and the areas around it dulled. Not happy with the initial response to this issue. Edit: adding 1 Star for the response. Thank you for the response and willingness to try and fix it. I honestly would've appreciated a price adjustment to reflect the work performed. Unfortunately in the first call I overheard "I may be able to do something, we can discuss costs once I see it". I stepped out once I heard that and made other arrangements as a result. He did tell me he was told no cost in the 3rd call, but it was too late. I hope it's fixable as this ring is life...
