I hope he thinks gold is as worthless when he sells it as when he buys it! Laughably low offer on a gold ring I was going to sell. Maybe he can't read the Karats or maybe he was seeing if I knew the value. Offered more than 100 less than minimum expectations on a 3.13g 18K ring. Sell elsewhere.
EDIT: note that Mississauga Gold offered me $4906.00 for 40 g of 21 k gold. This jewelery would have offered me anywhere between $2200 and $2400. ----------------------- For whoemver sells gold. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important to give others a heads-up. If you’re not an experienced gold seller or buyer, please be cautious. I brought in a full 21k gold set and chain to sell. The initial offer I received was $60 per gram, even though the market price for 21k on Nov 10th was around $121 per gram. After I questioned the offer and the salesperson checked with her partner, the offer was raised to $80 per gram. I understand that every buyer can set their own prices, but there should be a reasonable limit to how low those offers go. Someone unfamiliar with gold values could easily accept a price far below fair market value. I noticed they have some beautiful pieces for sale and had originally considered buying something. However, after seeing how dramatically low their buying offer was, I no longer felt confident that the selling prices would be fair either. I’ve sold gold before and usually deal with reputable jewelers who pay much closer to market value, but they are farther from my home and thought I could deal with this jewelery instead. I still chose to walk away. This review is simply to help others make informed decisions and understand the real value of their gold before selling—or buying.
My go to place for jewellery repairs and custom pieces! I have visited Armand's many times, going back to before COVID. Their work is solid and good quality. I enjoy the custom pieces they have created for me everyday. Their repair work is also excellent and always my first choice if I ever need anything repaired. Turnaround time is also super quick and they always deliver with the promised completion date. Hiam and Ayda are always super attentive, helpful and professional. Whenever I had any issues with my pieces they were sure to make things right and even suggest alternatives. This speaks to their many years of experience in the industry. I have brought in my old gold pieces and traded them in for new pieces and have never had an issue. Sometimes I love to go in just to browse and they are never pushy or give off salesman vibes even if I don't make a purchase. I'll be back soon!
Worst jewelers. Don’t ever go to them ,they are spam.Bought gold earrings from them which is 18k and they sold us for almost 400 dollars and got to know their price is not even 50$ dollars.Worst worst worst.I am definitely going to take a strict action among them.We have the bill and everything.Save your money and dont ever go to them back.Spammers in the market. I came here with a chain that was my mother’s and I wanted to get shortened. They were able to shorten the necklace to the size I wanted, as well as create me a bracelet from the peice that was cut out, and it was all done quicker than anticipated. They were very helpful in answering all my jewelry questions, and very patient with me when I needed the new bracelet shortened twice. I wouldn’t hesistate to come back here for any repairs or to check out any new jewelry pieces!
I had an engagement ring from my grandparents that is from the 40's and it had been willed to them from a very good friend of the family. It is an 18K white gold beautiful ring. Very classic and priceless and so I was very nervous about giving it to anyone to get sized and cleaned up but Armand Jewellers was suggested and so i put this precious heirloom in the hands of these capable people. When i got the ring back it was amazing. My fiance fell in love with it when I proposed and we logically went back to Armand's to get the wedding bands. We wanted a very specific design for the bands and Armand's was more than accommodating. They were just as excited as we were about what we wanted and their experience was very reassuring. I suggest anyone with jewelry needs to go to Armand Jewellers. You will feel very safe about leaving your valuable items with them and confident that the final product will be beautiful and what you want. And the price is not unreasonable to boot.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had my new engagement ring sized over the Christmas holidays last year. It was a size 6 and asked for it to be resized to a 5. It had small diamonds on the band, and the guy who helped us, said it would not affect the side stones. They resized it in about 5 days. A few weeks ago a side stone fell out. We sent it back to the original jeweler my fiance purchased the ring from and they said it's been resized to a 4.75, and the band of the ring has been torqued so much that the frame is now twisted and that's why the side stone fell out, and more will likely continue to fall out. On the other side of the band, 3 side stones have been damaged and pressed in, due to a clamp, and a large tool marking (likely from pliers) on the halo, and scratch on the side of the centre stone (likely from a sharp tool- per my jeweler) Therefore we HAVE TO HAVE A BRAND NEW RING MADE due to their awful work on my ring and ruining it in numerous ways. We are livid and now have to dispose of a beautiful 2.5ct diamond ring due to their negligence and lack of care for fine jewelry and spend another few thousand dollars to have a new ring made.
My mother had a necklaces repaired at this location. The original quote entailed having the chain replaced however they only repaired the chain for a seriously nice rate. Very honest staff and fair as, they could have charged for the replacement and no one would be the wiser. Very high marks for honesty and will definitely return.
