1 star (would give 0 if I could) I had one of the worst customer experiences at this store. I came in looking for baby girl earrings, and instead the lady working there showed me nose rings, insisting they could be worn as earrings. When I asked about the grams, she told me “oh, it doesn’t have any grams,” which made no sense. Throughout the interaction she kept pressuring me to buy, pushing me to purchase another different pair to get a deal, even though they were trying to charge 150 dollars for a single nose ring (not a pair). At that point, I might as well pay a bit more and buy a proper pair of earrings. What made it even worse was that she started telling the other worker in their language to say “when are you finishing, the store was closing” (which they were, but there were also other customers trying to purchase gold as well) but her tactic was to pressure me into purchasing quickly. They both kept looking at me and giving me uncomfortable looks. I told her I felt stressed and pressured and didn’t want to buy anything and left. When I turned around for them to unlock the door so I could leave, I could clearly see her speaking about me. Overall, it felt like a complete money grab, not genuine customer service. I have been to many family owned gold shops and have always been treated with respect but this was the opposite. I left feeling shocked and disappointed. I would not recommend this place at all.
They're completely unreliable and don't keep their word. I have dealt with them before, owner confirmed $155/gm for a product, but after two weeks of me chasing them for a response/update their sales rep suddenly says it's sold by piece which was almost $200/gm. They can't even be bothered to update you on your shipment. Terrible communication and zero professionalism.
I just had the best experience here! They even offered my sister and me a delicious cup of tea. The customer service, attitude, and overall experience were truly 10/10 I highly recommend this place. Our sales assistant was Abba (apologies if I misspelled his name), he is incredibly kind and helpful. He showed us all the options and offered very reasonable prices. From now on, this will definitely be my go-to place for buying gold their selection is absolutely beautiful!

Very Very rude behaviour of the staff. They don’t want to listen to customer and just impose their own choices. (disregarding customer’s choices). Very bad experience. Don’t recommend to anyone.
