Noor Jewellers is the only place my family goes to buy jewellery. We bought all my wedding jewellery from there and bought all the jewelry for my brothers wedding from there also. They have the most beautiful and unique designs! Highly recommend!!
I had a few broken pieces of gold that I wanted to get rid of. I called before showing up. I asked the lady who answered the phone if they buy gold. She said yes. I asked her what their buying rate was for 10k gold. She said she'd have to see it first (which makes no sense). I insisted that she give me a rate to avoid wasting each others time. She still declined and insisted that I come to the store. So I went. When I arrived the door was locked and the security guard on duty pointed to the intercom. I assumed they wanted me to state my reason for coming (which a first for me). So I did. I've been to many jewelry shops and I own a good amount of gold and diamond jewelry. I've never before been denied entry to an establishment like this. Nor have I ever had to explain my reason for visiting any store while standing OUTSIDE. An unfortunate first for me. Anyways, the owner came to the intercom and said they don't sell jewelry. I asked why his employee told me that they did. No explanation was given and he apologized for the inconvenience. The lady who works there clearly doesn't know what she's speaking about. And the owner didn't even have the decency to open the door and speak to me like normal ppl do. Terrible way to treat a potential customer. I'd recommend anywhere else!
I recently went to Noor Jewellers for bangles for my wedding. I absolutely loved their collection, they had a lot of variety and very unique designs. I am very pleased with my purchase. I must also say customer service was excellent. I arrived to the store only a half hour before closing and not once did I feel rushed. I found staff to be extremely helpful and supportive, they all went above and beyond to make me happy, and I left with a great smile on my face! I would definitely recommend Noors to others and plan on going back myself!
My sister took me there to buy me birthday present. Rossie was such a sweet lady she showed sets within our budget. It was my second time visiting and i had such a nice experience. Will be coming back and referring to all my friends. Love the collection
