Staff is very friendly, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Special thanks to Rebecca! However, I dont feel welcome as soon as I enter the weight room. Lots of juice heads who are rude and territorial. The hours suck, I'm barely able to attend because of my work schedule... Why do they close at 6PM on weekends!? Sauna is cold in comparison to others. The spray sanitizer with paper towel is useless and doesn't help encourage anyone to clean their machines. Unfortunately I'll likely cancel my membership soon.
I can go to any goodlife and this one is closest to my house. Although I go out of convenience the staff here are fantastic. They are always so friendly. They never offer me a towel even though I pay for towel service, but other than that the gym is clean and well maintained and they have friendly people working there
Well equipped and spacious gym with knowledgeable staff. However staff is extremely pushing to sell and up-sell. If you give people 3 day free pass to try gym at this location than stick to in and allow them 3 day trial. Don't push to sell as soon as they step in. In my case staff was so pushy that I felt like they are not there for me but rather for my money. As a customer I would really like to get informed so that I can make a good decision and be comfortable about it.
There is never shortage of treadmills or bikes here but they are old and not in the best condition. The towels are clean but they had seen better days. So just as a back up gym this place is ok but there are batter around.
Was fairly empty when I went on a Sunday. Its got everything you need here and the change rooms are clean. Only thing I would recommend is have them grease/lube the machines! The machines are so stiff and squeak.
