Nice clean location that's open 24/7. Would be nice if the assisted bench press had its bench kept under the rack, but it's not a bad spot.
The millcreek staff are so focused on getting me to reference and include others by asking me for phone numbers etc. Every time I go into the gym I feel harassed because I am always questioned about giving others peoples information. Im my opinion I feel the staff are so focused on money and memberships but no so focused on their present club members. I want to work out without being asked questions and bothered every time but instead being told advice and ways to improve my goals In the gym instead, this would lead to me actually including my friends and family into a learning and fun environment.
1. Bring back BodyStep, it is a good class and the other GoodLife gyms have it. 2. The back of the gym and both fitness studios need security cameras. 3. Additionally, a few of the members here are violent and have strong bullying tendencies, making other members feel threatened. These bullying members keep returning, despite them threatening other members (occasionally even in front of employees), and creating an atmosphere in which the other members feel unsafe. Ban these bullies.
Great atmosphere, not the largest GoodLife but has everything you will ever need in the weight department. There's no pool or sauna, for anyone looking to have those in their ideal gym.
Very friendly and awesome staff. The management is very helpful & knowledgeable in their field. They make you feel like you are working out at home with your friends, that push you to your limits and inspire you to advance your own fitness goals.
