The gym is small itself, since is inclusive for female members only. Note to new comers, they do NOT provide towel service in this location. Secondly it is located on the second floor inside the superstore(can be accessed on the right hand side of superstore's entrance). It has wifi, shower, sauna there, didn't have too many kids(at least when I was there), people minding their own business which I do appreciated, while workingout.
The Gym is not that clean and fresh like the on in Oakville on Dundas and Trafalgar. I've been here member for 2.5 year and $50 ( it's very expensive) the water it's broke all the time, I was ask already few times and still it's broken as water is warm not able to drink as taste bad.
I had a very bad experience here one day and it impacted my work out. I addressed the concern to the manager. I observed incompetence, ignorance and lack of social skills as per my interaction with her. In addition to its filth and how crowded it gets with filthy people. There has been ongoing incidents of theft in the locker room. I canceled and I joined a luxury gym. Best decision ever.
Great instructors and trainers need to focus on upgrading security and equipment
Nice classes, enough space although small. Child care area seems to never get a wet cleaning though. Nice enough staff though trying to keep it neat. Needs more cleaning overall.
