My laptop suddenly stopped working I contacted Sam from platinum PC , Mississauga, he told me to bring him the laptop right away and he fixed for me . Sam is great.
I've went to Sam 2 times for repairs, replacements and cleanings for my pc and both times were amazing services. He's very knowledgeable with computers so I always trust his judgement when it comes to my pc and he seems to have great passion when it comes to PC's. Will for sure be coming back for any pc needs I have and recommend anyone else to seek out his service!

Awful, would not recommend tried to negotiate the price to change since it was a simple fix. Just received attitude in return. Took my 2 laptops back. The same day I went to someone else to get an estimate it was less than half price. And he insisted “try and find a better price than me.” This place also leaves your laptops on an open shelf that strangers can access in the store. And the store door is wide open. And the guy is doing repairs in the back. Unless you have insurance on your laptops I wouldn’t drop them off here. Someone could walk away with them. I took my MacBook back, imagine someone walks away with a 2k laptop. Update: received a nasty call back from the owner after leaving this review. As if being honest is wrong.
