My All-in-One slipped and hit my keyboard. The screen cracked so one-third of my screen was distorted. I researched online and discovered Compupoint, and ended up buying a replacement new HP (after considering the refurbs). After purchasing, I realized that I could just mirror my display on a spare monitor, and I didn't really need a new computer after all. The Sales team heard my story and immediately refunded 100% of my money. I was thrilled, and committed to buy from them in future. Who offers this kind of customer-centered service anymore? Compupoint did the right thing by me and I can highly recommend their service (by experience) and their products (by research). I will be buying from them again.
CompuPoint has provided our desktop computers for almost 10 years now, always Dell Optiplex. We have worked with both Juzer and Saif. We have had the best experience in terms of value, configuration, quality, licencing and service. Note to shoppers: buying off-lease computers is an amazing way to save or to stretch your budget - it also means you should really understand configurations and products and who you are buying from. CompuPoint has proven their ability to deliver. Highly recommended.
I purchased two computers. I am very happy with both. Great price! and the systems work as described. Everything was ready for pickup when I arrived (no waiting) All my questions were answered quickly and accurately. I am very happy with my purchase and will return next time I need a PC.
Purchased a refurbished ThinkPad laptop online through Best Buy over the weekend. I had to pick it up as I urgently need it to replace a crashed laptop. I received a prompt, understanding & friendly service from Juzed, in spite of the social distancing. I am very satisfied, T450 seems brand new & very clean at great price compared to competitors. I will highly recommend to everyone and will definitely return!
They sell overpriced scrap computers:no return, no refund, no warranty- one way ticket. Waist of time and money. Avoid buying from them by any chance. Defenetly highly DO NOT recommended.
Visited their location to buy a motherboard. Agreed to upgrade to a barebones system, instead; but fell through once I asked about the full specs. Despite me being physically there, and the system specs seemingly on their screen (they had to look up the model name), I had to look it up on my own, if I wanted to purchase it. A drill I had previously bought from them in new snap-on packaging, turned out to have been used (the battery springs were bent). Got a typical 30-day + receipt response, despite it being a cash transaction.
Bought 2 power supplies from them and only 1 of them works. It's a waste of time for us to ship back the items at our cost. I doubt these guys check their parts before shipping them out. Their strategy is to ship you whatever pulled parts they have hoping that it's work and if it doesn't then they can always ship you another one while you PAY to return the defective parts. Never again will we do business with them. Waste of time! Compupoint wrote "If you contact us we will replace the defective unit at no cost to you." I guess you didn't read what I wrote. YOU SHOULD NOT ONLY REPLACE THE PART FOR FREE. IN THE FUTURE IF YOU SHIP A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO A CUSTOMER THEN YOU SHOULD PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AS WELL AS THE REPLACEMENT SHIPPING. OTHERWISE YOU'RE WASTING YOUR CUSTOMER'S TIME AND MONEY WITH TRASH QUALITY PARTS!
