Don’t buy from Atlas. Specified printer must handle HP952 ink. They reassured me the printer would. It did not. Their mistake. Had to pay to ship it back and they would not refund original shipping. I’m out $100 and they take no responsibility for their poor customer service or attention to detail.
I recently purchase computer it was exactly what was described. I had technical issue upon turning computer and left voice mail on Saturday afternoon. I received call in two hours. Apparently issue was fixed by itself before their call. This is my first experience with this company and I am hoping to be good.
Had a sound problem with one of my older iMac computers. Other computer repair places told me the repair would be around $400 to $500 and Sam at Atlas had a $25 solution that works great. Thanks again for fixing my iMac.
I purchased a refurbished 2015 13-inch MacBook Pro from Atlas Computers and Electronics. Shipping was quick, and I received the package in a secured box. While the charging cable had seen better days, the MacBook Pro in itself looked in good condition (minor scratches in the back). What stood out to me was the excellent customer service from Stanley Sam and the team prior to purchasing the notebook and after purchasing it. I had some issues accessing the user, so I contacted Stanley Sam about it. He quickly responded to me and helped solve this issue among other questions I had about this MacBook Pro. Mr. Sam truly goes out of his way to make sure his client’s are satisfied with their product. Thanks Stanley Sam!
I purchased a laptop with the truely best possible price and after some one month, needed help to fix something. They went out of their way to get the laptop via mail from me, repair, reinstall windows and send it back and they even didn't charge me for mailing the package. They said it's all on them. I am really pleased with the purchase and post purchase service I have received and definitely recommend Atlas computer to my friends and family. I will be a returning customer, myself.
I bought an HP docking station with them and when I received it it was scratch, it was a used product and without charger. It was not advertised as a used or refurbished product. I contact them to return the equipment and get my refund. They refunded the money but not the shipping cost to return it.
