Purchased Dell Optiflex 7010 refurbished small tower factor PC from BuyFair. Smooth and timely order and delivery. After initial start up had a problem "front cable loose". Called company. Top rate technician, an ambassador for customer service, hooked up online and we quickly sorted. Problem was a "very" short cable from the motherboard to the front USB ports had become disconnected. Really don't appreciate the 'order complete' email with the link to UPS for tracking. When looked at further, it only states 'Label created' & that I will receive another email once my shipment is in their facility. That was FOUR days agi. Im seriously about to give up. One of my main reasons from ordering from here was becasue of the statement of 'in most cases, you can.have your laptop in 5 days or less' & being in the same province I thought itd be a quick transaction. Nope. Update- received my laptop yesterday along with an email I appreciated. So far, laptop has no issues (one days use). Very nice looking laptop. Took 1 star for the false shipped email.
Purchased a computer from them feb 16! 4 stars for me so far! Covid screws up shipping. Was supposed to be 5 days shipping but gotta wait 2 weeks still. Mid march is estimated. Hopefully sooner..

Order arrived, turned on, the machine would not boot....that is ok if i could be fixed; however cannot contact any customer service. Called but nobody picks up the telephone. I would like a full refund because after service is unreliable. Yes, I did send an email, nobody responded. It was a holiday weekend and to be fair, not getting reply is expected. It is a tech company, they should hava a message explaining they are closed due to holiday. After contacting their representative, service was good and prompt. So I think they deserve more stars than I initially gave. If they gave one year warranty, I would recommend this outfit to everyone who does not want to waste money and do their part in recycling.
Bought a refurbished Dell Laptop E6440. Soon the warranty expire (90 days) , the product stop working - Doubt about the refurbished quality - NOT recommended.
