Originally, I bought a refurbished system but had to return it because it had issues. Orion was quick to reply and after, I decided to get a Lenovo E16 that they had in stock, install a couple of upgrades and pay the difference. The Lenovo E16 had an issue as well, I sent it back to Orion and they sent the laptop in to Lenovo to repair it under warranty. I received the system back recently and it is working as intended. As a computer technician, myself, issues can be subsequent and expected. It was a pleasure doing business with Orion. Their support was great. Thanks.
The older lady was VERY rude and unprofessional and a LIAR!! The laptop I bought from them had one of the 2 batteries dead within 15 days and won't charge anymore. Laptop only works if it's plugged in and they charged me more than $550 for this trash I Would highly recommend to NOT buy from this store!!
Ordered a "Refurbished" notebook from Orion via Best Buy, received the machine late and it had myriad issues. Scratched and pen marked clamshell, broken USB port, hissing and squealing speakers, a fake/knockoff 3rd party replacement trackpad that barely works, the top case not attached properly, a low quality generic storage drive. No touch screen despite listing stating it as having one. listing explicitely stated Refurbished (Excellent). It was certainly far from excellent, and I would argue wasn't even technically refurbished. this would require the machine functioned as it did as OEM, which it did not. Since submitting the return request, the company has chatted with me back and forth ignoring my request and pushing a replacement instead of a return. Why would I trust any product from these people. Do not buy anything from this company ever.
Edit: They offered for me to send it back and replace the keyboard under warranty and we're very helpful, thank for you for the service Bought a computer through best buy. Advertised as excellent refurbished condition (meaning any broken parts replaced and a thorough cleaning and restoration, according to BestBuy) When I got it, the keyboard was broken and absolutely filthy, with hair and skin and other junk under the keys. They only offered $50 back which was not enough to cover repairs/replacement. The dirtiness of the computer alone was enough to send it back.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service for my refurbished laptop recently purchased via best buy online from them, I had an issue for which they took care of it without any fuse.
Ordered from them on Bestbuy Marketplace. Made the wrong purchase due to unclear listing details. But they repones so quick for my enquiry and help me to cancel the order quicky. I would definitely recommend go take a look if you need a budget computer or parts from them before you visit the other shop!
contacted them about a Ryzen 5 5600x because it was in stock. asked why they are $110 more than Canada Computers and other retailers since they are way above msrp and the retail standard. the response was "well its in demand and no one else has inventory". its great to know that a retailer is willing gouge customers and be greedy other than trying to be competitive in the retail sector possibly gain another customer. btw they also show on their website that they have marked it down as so to seem as they are giving a deal when they are blatantly ripping you off
