Such a rip off. Very stingy with their portion. The lady with the super short hair was trying to tell me that they can only give 5 pieces of chicken per entree. Bourbon is better.
Honestly this is probably the last time going to this location. The worker is nice but the manager who took over was very rude, I had to ask for more utensils and she gave me the rudest attitude. Portia keeps getting smaller too.
I rated this place a two because the rice was dry, the fried chicken was burnt, and the price for a 2-item combo was $16 , which I found to be on the higher side compared to other places I usually go to. Additionally, the portion sizes were smaller than expected. Feel free to tweak it further to better capture your feelings about the experience!
Would not recommend this location. The staff are so rude. I bought $38 worth of food for my kids. They were so rude about me taking a couple of minutes long with the payment. This is a second time for this location for me and it will be my last time.
horrible service. As a paying customer, i would expect to be met with some level of service but instead i was met with attitude and ignorance. I ordered a meal and the employee was very rude when taking my order. Each time, they would ask “anything else?” in a very monotone and dismissive tone. I’m not asking to have 5 star service but i felt rushed through the whole interaction and like i was being annoying to them. Food was also not tasty and i had to end up throwing it away as it seemed old. not satisfied at all.
Ate at the Missisauga Square One outlet. Food taste is subpar and the quality of the vegetables used is also not too great. My husband and I had a veg wok box and we were disappointed with the quality of the food. We would not prefer to come here again.
My wife worked in the mall 30 years ago and often ate at Manchu Wox. Today Dec 2023 we both ate here considering we rarely shop at Sq1. We were both disappointed. Her chicken was fatty and green beans were salty. My noodles were slightly warm. Orange chicken and general tao chicken both were off. GTC sauce tasted burnt and OC was OK but I've had better. Sadly much of both our meals were trashed.
